Food & Beverage Operative - 28th April 2024

NEED OF POSITION

  • Ensures high-quality service standards to ensure the smooth running of our food and beverage operation
  • Enhancing Guest Experience

DUTIES:

  • Greet and seat customers
  • Take customers’ orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery
  • Always ensure cleanliness of the dining area
  • Follow all food hygiene and safety protocols to prevent food contamination and ensure proper sanitizing of the dining environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mature, smart, courteous, and well-mannered
  • English-speaking
  • Flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Knowledge of POS software

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a food and beverage environment
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Excellent organization skills

Discover our story

Domus Zamittello, a 16th-century palazzo in Valletta, has been restored to blend its aristocratic heritage with modern luxury. Surviving World War II and following an extensive refurbishment, it now offers a boutique sanctuary that respects its historical significance while providing contemporary comforts.
