Job Title: Breakfast Cook

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook breakfast meals for hotel guests according to established standards.
• Ensuring excellent hygiene and presentation standards in line with hotel operations.
• Set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast buffet and live cooking stations.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and breakfast service area.

Domus Zamittello, a 16th-century palazzo in Valletta, has been restored to blend its aristocratic heritage with modern luxury. Surviving World War II and following an extensive refurbishment, it now offers a boutique sanctuary that respects its historical significance while providing contemporary comforts.
