Terms & Conditions

  • Validity:
    • Monetary Voucher: Valid for 12 months from the issue date.
    • Stay Voucher: Valid for either 3 or 6 months, as requested by the customer
  • Redemption:
    • The voucher may only be redeemed upon presentation of the physical or electronic version at the hotel property.
  • Refunds & Transfers:
    • Voucher purchases are final and non-refundable.
    • Vouchers are non-saleable but may be transferred to another person.
  • Expiration:
    • Vouchers expire if not redeemed by the expiry date indicated on the voucher.
    • Domus Zamittello is not liable for reissuing or reimbursing any lost or expired vouchers.
  • Usage:
    • Vouchers cannot be split or redeemed in part.
    • If the full monetary voucher amount is not used in a single transaction, no balance will remain for future use.
    • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not redeemable for cash.
