Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Purpose:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the daily housekeeping of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including:

  • Making beds and changing linens
  • Cleaning bathrooms, floors, and furniture
  • Replenishing amenities (e.g., towels, toiletries, tea/coffee supplies)
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to hotel standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
  • Restock housekeeping carts and Trolley.
  • Follow proper procedures for lost and found items
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety policies
  • Handle guest requests in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeping attendant, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Job Purpose:
The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for hotel guests. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing guest requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Handle guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System).
  • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and well-organized.
  • Follow security procedures and manage room keys and guest information with discretion.
  • Maintain accurate shift handovers and daily reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel software is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

This role includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, conducting inspections, and addressing guest concerns related to cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry personnel.
  • Assign daily duties and inspect work to ensure standards of cleanliness and presentation are met.
  • Maintain housekeeping supply inventories and ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and report disciplinary or performance issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests and repairs are addressed.
